Overview



The BK5863N is a low-power SoC designed for ETC systems, which can provide customers with a single-chip solution for quickly developing and low-cost ETC systems. The BK5863N integrates processor, an RFID reader, a 5.8 GHz RF transceiver, a solar charging management circuit, an audio output, a temperature sensor, Flash, UART, SPI, I2C, DES, etc. The ARM system can run at a maximum clock frequency of 32 MHz, which can meet the software requirements of most ETC systems. It supports standard JTAG debugging to facilitate software development. The RFID reader complies with the ISO 14443A international standard and supports 106 kbps, 212 kbps, 424 kbps, and 848 kbps communication rates. The 5.8G RF transceiver meets the national standard requirements.
